Inside & Out - New health show on TV3

TV3's brand new health show kicks off tonight at 8pm and features nutritionist Patrick Holford, author of the best-selling new health book: Food is better medicine than drugs.
The show goes on air every Wednesday for 4 weeks and is sponsored by Linwoods, suppliers of organic milled flaxseed and goji berries to the health trade.
